There were only 14 cases of arms shipped by the

Java from Antwerp, but they may probably contain 700 revolvers, which is of

a very different matter from 700 CASES !

As these cases are consigned by Bill of Lading to Hongkong. they cannot possibly be delivered at any intermediate port. We believe the goods are ultimately intended for Manila, but this is quite guess work on our part.

I suppose Messrs les Espions are apt to fall into these mistakes, but they require to be encouraged all the same,
